More than rec

More accessible than travel club

Built for development.

Who This Is For

Park Lax Orlando is for girls lacrosse players and families who are interested in a more intentional development and team experience.

For rec families ready for the next step

If rec helped your daughter fall in love with lacrosse, Park Lax helps her learn how to train, compete, and grow.

This is for players who want more coaching, more structure, and a stronger development environment without jumping straight into a high-cost, high-travel club model.

For club families wanting less travel

If traditional club has started to feel like too much travel, too much cost, or too much summer strain, Park Lax offers a healthier local-first alternative.

Players still get strong coaching, team standards, and competitive opportunities — without building the family calendar around hotels, highways, and out-of-state tournaments.

For multi-sport athletes

Many girls are balancing lacrosse with soccer, basketball, volleyball, school, family, and other interests.

Our training model is built in blocks throughout the year so players can improve without burning out or feeling like lacrosse has to consume every season.

For newer players who want a home

One of our primary objectives is to grow girls lacrosse in Orlando.

That means Park Lax Orlando is not only for experienced club players. It is also for motivated girls who are newer to the game and ready to learn in a more structured environment.

WE AIM TO GROW THE GIRLS GAME IN ORLANDO

Park Lax is not only for experienced club players. Motivated players who are newer to the game should have a home here too.

Players may enter at different levels, but every player is expected to be coachable, committed, respectful, and willing to work.

THROUGH COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS

We are looking to partner with select schools, rec programs, churches, businesses and community centers towards a common goal of giving young woman the opportunity to grow through the sport of lacrosse.

VALUE FOR REC FAMILIES

For families coming from rec lacrosse, Park Lax will be a larger commitment than a typical rec season.

The goal is to make that next step worth it by offering a more complete training experience: skill development, game IQ, speed and agility, strength, team concepts, coaching, communication, and local competition opportunities.

Park Lax is intentionally designed to be more accessible than traditional travel club while still giving players a serious place to grow.

WILL IT CONFLICT?

Park Lax Orlando is being built to strengthen Orlando girls lacrosse — not compete against the community programs that already serve players.

We believe the best local lacrosse ecosystem includes strong rec programs, strong school programs, excellent coaching, and a clear next step for players who want more.

Our seasonal structure will be designed with family schedules, local lacrosse realities, multi-sport athletes, and long-term player development in mind.

What Makes Park Lax Different

We are not trying to be the biggest club in Orlando. We are trying to be the most trusted place for girls who want to grow, compete, and love the game.

Park Lax Orlando is built around development, communication, coachability, team-first behavior, and long-term player growth.
