summer group training

Just been very impressed with these guys. The skills training is high, and they clearly know what they’re doing. But what’s way more impressive is the intentional culture and character building. Ditto for the Winter Park Lacrosse Club (they coach there too).

My sons have trained with Coach Kai and his staff and they are so great! A tremendous wealth of knowledge, patient and able to relate to the kids.

My son participated for the first time in the summer training sessions with My Lax Academy. The coaches were knowledgable, relatable, and invested in trying to help every player improve. My son enjoyed the variation of drills and specific feedback he was given to be better. Always good when your player walks away saying they learned something and had fun doing it!

Kai and Kaiden are so knowledgeable at the sport of Lacrosse. They have helped my son fine tune his skills and gain confidence in his game!
