The Park Lax approach

More than reps.
A reason behind them.

We coach the skills players need on the field—and the habits that help them grow beyond it.

Purposeful development

Stick skills, game understanding, speed, and athletic movement. Players learn what to do, why it matters, and how to apply it in play.

High standards. Supportive coaching.

We expect effort, coachability, respect, and communication. We help players take initiative, learn from mistakes, and become dependable teammates.

A local-first community

A development-focused alternative for families seeking meaningful lacrosse experiences with less emphasis on the demands of a high-travel club model.

For parents

A clear
starting point.

You do not need to know every club term or pathway. Tell us where your player is now and what she hopes to do next.

Does my player need club experience?

No. Park Lax is not only for experienced club players. Motivated players who are newer to the game should have a place to learn. We will help identify a suitable starting point.

How do we choose between Launch and Team?

Start with experience, confidence, and readiness for a team commitment—not just a label. Contact us about your player’s background and goals so we can discuss fit.

What is expected of players?

Be coachable, committed, respectful, and willing to work. Players are encouraged to communicate, take initiative, and support their teammates.

Where do we find schedules and pricing?

Each seasonal program has its own details. The Winter Program page covers its schedule and package options. Contact us for current Launch and Team availability.
