We’re here to grow a winning culture for our girls lacrosse community here in Winter Park

Hot Shots Lacrosse is a fall training and team program for Winter Park High School girls who want to stay sharp, get stronger, and compete with confidence heading into the spring season.

The program is open to both Varsity, JV athletes as well as rising 8th graders ready for the challenge. Players will get structured on-field training, team concepts, speed work, strength development, and competitive reps in a focused environment built around effort, responsibility, communication, and growth.

After registering: Families will receive team communication details, schedule reminders, and next steps before the first session.

Tuesday Practices

Time: 3:30-5:00 PM
Location: 9th Grade Center

Thursday Speed Training and Pickup

3:30-5:00 PM: Speed training at the 9th Grade Center
Pickup: Included during the same 3:30-5:00 PM training block at the 9th Grade Center

What’s included

• Fall season field practices
• Thursday speed training and pickup sessions
• Coaching, team standards, and player development
• Hot Shots pinnie
• Team communication and schedule updates

What’s not included

• Tournament registration fees
• Travel, meals, or transportation for tournaments
• Personal lacrosse gear, stick, goggles, mouthguard, cleats, or shoes
• Optional add-on events or outside training

Hot Shots is not a year-round travel program. It is a focused fall training experience built specifically for WPHS girls who want to bring more fire into their spring season.
